I became frustrated with the opposing Insurance company due to lack of communication. After a through understanding of the process and the due diligence of Ignacio and Jonette, I realized they were doing their absolute best to resolve the situation. As a result, I am totally pleased with the outcome and would recommend State Farm, Jonette Phillips without hesitation."

"Honestly where do I start….. While I was in need of insurance on evening, I ran across State Farm and decided to request a quote online. Not even 15 minutes later I got a call from Michelle and walk me through and was very thorough with my quote and what I wanted to be covered for. My experience with her was FAR BEYOND what I expected from an insurance agent, most other agents from other insurance companies just want to sell you a policy. Michelle did beyond that and helped me to get was I wanted to be covered for and worked with me the whole time.
